Shuping Gao

Shuping Gao, Master of Medical Genetics from China Medical University, Vice President of Cell Research and Application Branch of China Anti-Aging Promotion Association, Executive Vice President of China International Stem Cell Research Institute, Chief expert of Hebei Bailing Cell Biotechnology Co., LTD.

From 1985 to 2001, he was an associate professor at China Medical University, a Ph.D. from the University of Basel in Switzerland, and a postdoctoral fellow at the Human Stem Cell Laboratory at the University of Geneva.

From 2002 to 2015, he conducted research on human embryonic stem cells and tissue engineering in Switzerland.

In 2009, he was appointed as a tenured scientist at the University Hospital Zurich.

In 2018, he transferred to the School of Life Sciences of Peking University as the backbone of the National Stem Cell and translational research major project. And he undertook 16 projects of various kinds, published 22 papers (SCI12), and won 4 provincial and ministerial awards.
